Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for all soap products if the return is a result of our error (if we shipped a defective or incorrect item). The product may be returned within 7 days. Please contact us at support@soapfromnature.com or via our Contact Page. Please include pictures of the product.

Due to the nature of soap, and for safety and hygiene concerns products can’t be restocked or resold, so we don’t accept returns. We can’t accept returns if the soap doesn’t meet your preference (scent, color, size, etc.) or because of any allergic reactions. We trust that our customers know their skin and any allergies/sensitives and that they avoid products that might potentially cause issues. We will shortly be offering soap samples on our site through the store, but for now, if you’re interested in trying a sample first please send us an email through our contact page.

Whole batches & Custom Batches

If you’re interested in purchasing an entire batch of soap or
